Fees

Our Medicare / private rate is $150 / 45 minutes. This fee includes 45 minutes of face-to-face time and local travel. An additional call-out fee may apply for home-visits outside of the Hills / surrounding areas. 

Following the initial assessment, you may pre-purchase a package of 5 sessions with a 10% discount. Package of 5x sessions is $675 for home-visits in the Hills / surrounding areas. 

If your GP has provided you with an Chronic Disease Managemement (CDM) plan, you would be eligible for 5x rebated sessions per calendar year. The current rebate amount that you can claim for each session is $60.35. 

Our rate for standard speech pathology sessions is $193.99 for 60 mins. Please note that an additional travel fee applies (see below). 

We accept plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants.

As we are a mobile service, we charge a one-way travel fee. This is calculated as the time taken for one-way travel from Baulkham Hills Post Office. The travel fee for each appointment is capped at 30 minutes.

10 minutes travel = $32.33; 20 minutes travel = $64.66; 30 minutes travel = $96.99

The time taken for reports varies depending on the complexity. We will provide you with an estimated quote prior to the service, and only charge you based on the actual time taken. 

NDIS progress reports are capped at $290.99 (i.e., 1.5 hours). Formal assessment reports are capped at  $387.98 (i.e., 2 hours).  

Please note that extended phone calls and emails (i.e., more than 15 minutes) may be charged according to the hourly rate.
